Lowrey-Heywood, a contact centre agent for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, told celebrities on the BBC game show that he would spend the winnings on his family with trips to Portugal and Florida.
He appeared on the show on New Year’s Day alongside fellow contestants Calvin from Surrey and Jess from Cardiff.
After he initially answered a question correctly about tipping in restaurants, Lowrey-Heywood looked out of the running with a wrong answer about fashion label logos.
However, he had a lucky break as the randomly spinning giant wheel chose him to take on the final prize question.
