The tour operator, which is sponsoring the TV show for a second consecutive year, said it had developed a series of initiatives for independent agents to help them raise awareness of Majorca, where the show is filmed.
Marketing materials for agents will include branded posters, social media collateral and branded merchandise to help boost sales to the Balearic island.
Independent agents who sell the most Jet2holidays during the series will also be entered into a prize draw to win tickets to attend the Love Island live final, alongside a fam trip for two people to Majorca. A range of branded merchandise can also be won as part of the prize draw.
Steve Heapy, chief executive of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “Our brand partnership with Love Island surpassed all our expectations last summer, so we are delighted to be the official travel partner of the show once again.
“This year, we are putting independent travel agents right at the heart of the partnership too, demonstrating once again how committed we are to working with them to help grow their businesses.”
Love Island launched its new series on ITV2 on Monday night (3 June).
