Flights to Nova Scotia will be operated on a single-aisle Boeing 737 Max, with departures “operating up to once daily”.
Flights leave London at 11.05, arriving at 13.55. The return service is a daytime flight, departing Halifax at 11.00 and arriving at 21.00. The aircraft seats 169 passengers in premium economy and economy class.
“This is great news for our British customers as they plan their next trip to Canada,” said Stephen Gerrard, Air Canada UK and Ireland general manager sales.
The airline will resume its seasonal services between Edinburgh and Toronto and Manchester to Toronto on 1 June.
Flights from Dublin to Montreal start on 2 June, with Dublin-Vancouver commencing 3 June.
