Attraction World is on a recruitment drive in a renewed focus on trade sales.
The latest to join is Zoe Whitehead, who will lead the ticketing specialist’s trade marketing. Whitehead was previously with Polka Dot Travel. Her appointment comes only days after that of Ryan Clayton, who assumes the role of business development executive after 14 years with Thomas Cook.
Whitehead will focus on social media engagement with agents and become the trade’s principal contact.
Commercial director Justin Mahoney said: “We are still actively seeking out other talented individuals to join the Attraction World revolution as the focus on trade continues to sharpen.
“It’s an incredibly exciting time for Attraction World, with many more exciting developments to come later this year.
"Our new additions to the team and initiatives implemented demonstrate how critical our trade partners are to our business, and this will only become stronger as 2020 evolves.”
Mahoney joined in November as commercial director following the appointment of chief commercial officer Olly Nicholls in September.
“Since then we’ve implemented an initiative to send out our contact centre team to engage with agents up and down the country, taking on feedback and talking all things Attraction World,” Mahoney said.
