The operator has also announced the qualifiers for its inaugural The A-list loyalty scheme for high-performing agencies.
The scheme will continue with two tiers next year – Elite and VIP – and the qualification period runs from 1 May 2023 to 31 March 2024.
To qualify as elite members, agencies must confirm bookings with a total value of £75,000 or more.
Successful agencies will have access to cash incentives and competitions, priority services, the addition of the agency’s logo onto client documentation as well as marketing funds.
The new top VIP tier offers additional benefits including a guaranteed invitation to a VIP reward trip, which will focus on a key long-haul Audley destination and a dedicated telephone line that will reach a specially support trained team at Audley.
VIP members will also be invited to a new masterclass at Audley’s London office to learn from Audley’s experts in marketing, sustainability and product trends.
They will receive enhanced marketing funds and personalised, co-branded marketing materials in addition to the benefits enjoyed by the elite agencies. VIP agencies need to confirm bookings that total more than £150,000.
The 2023 A-List saw 26 agencies qualify for the scheme, with their A-list membership lasting for 12 months.
Twenty of the successful businesses have been named as preferred members and six as elite members, including Swords Travel, Bespoke Luxury Travel, Travel Bureau, C The World and Beaver Travel.
Greg Thurston, trade sales manager at Audley Travel, said: "Our relationships with travel agents keep getting stronger and stronger. We are delighted to be able to recognise the incredible companies and individuals that have really engaged with the ‘Audley Way’ in the last 12 months."
