Club Azamara, which will go live on December 14, gives travel consultants access to booking platform AirWaves, Club Rewards, e-learning resources and Toolkit, where marketing materials such as new video content will be added.
Azamara is to host a webinar at 10am on the same day to explain the portal and its features to the trade.
All the combined aspects of Club Azamara had previously been available to agents through Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd’s Cruising Power platform.
Richard Twynam, Azamara’s managing director for the UK, Ireland and EMEA, said Club Azamara had been created to “make things easier” for its agent partners.
“We’ve put these four features into one place – it simplifies everything,” he said.
Agents who are already members of Royal Caribbean International’s My Club Royal programme will not need to re-register for Club Azamara and will be able to use their existing login details to enter.
Twynam added that Azamara’s incentives for the upcoming wave booking period would be available on Club Azamara when it launches next week.
