BA touched down at Beijing’s Daxing airport on Sunday (4 June), its first passenger flight between the two cities since January 2020.
The relaunched route, suspended due to the Covid pandemic, will now operate four times a week departing Daxing on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
The news follows the launch of BA’s new route to Istanbul, with the first flight of the four-times-weekly service landing at Sabiha Gokcen airport on Thursday (1 June).
