The Personal Travel Consultants in Partnership with Blue Bay Travel recruitment drive aims to add more self-employed homeworkers to the 20 recruited since the venture was launched in June 2020.
The event will include evening slots, with the aim to boost those who become PTCs to 50 by the end of next year.
Abbie Heaton, sales manager and Tasha Smith, Blue Bay Travel business development manager, will chair the day.
Heaton said: “PCTs is highly competitive in the homeworking sector in that we offer the first three months fee-free, give homeworkers access to Blue Bay Travel’s quality customer leads if they want them, and pay 50% of the commission up front.
“These factors will help experienced agents take the plunge and have the confidence to give up the second job they might have taken on during the pandemic, and focus on their real passion, which is travel.
“We’re giving attendees the option to take a ‘camera off’ approach, as we recognise that, until you’ve made a decision about your next step, you may prefer a more confidential chat. We’ve designed the coffee morning to be informal in style, giving agents the chance to come along and meet the team without any pressure or commitment."
