The airline will add a year round, four times weekly service to Pittsburgh, starting April 2, 2019.
Pittsburgh takes BA’s total number of US destinations up to 26, and daily flights from the UK to 67 through its partnership with American Airlines.
BA will operate the route with Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft, with fares leading in from £600.
Flights will depart Heathrow Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 5pm, arriving 8.15pm local time.
Return flights will depart Pittsburgh at 9.50pm arriving into Heathrow at 10.25am the following day.
