The agency said Panteli would bring “a wealth of diverse travel experience” to the position following roles with tour operators, online travel agencies and bed banks.
He will be responsible for Broadway’s directly contracted product and commercial partnerships.
The business said it had been “successfully rebuilding” over the past 12 months and saw 2023 presenting “fantastic growth opportunities” in Europe, making it the “perfect time” to expand its senior leadership team.
