Customers will cancelled flights requiring or chasing a refund should email customer.services@blacktiptravel.com.
The company’s statement reads: “Black Tip Travel Ltd is currently undergoing some issues and we are trying to work through these as quickly as possible.
We are currently getting insolvency advice so we can work through these problems and will respond as soon as we can. Please note currently we will not be able to reply until Monday December 10.
“During this time, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
