Speaking at the Clia UK and Ireland Conference, Arnold Donald thanked agents for the success of P&O’s latest vessel Britannia, which he said was “doing great”.
“There will definitely be additional growth for P&O,” he added, “although I’m not prepared to say when.”
It came as he said he believed the P&O and Cunard partnership and its training academy were offering agents what they needed to succeed in the marketplace.
“You told us what you wanted, and I think we’re on the right track. If we’re not, you’ll tell us,” he added.
