The Caribbean nation announced visitors would not be asked to test on days two, five and seven after entering, effective 17 February.
A negative antigen or PCR test taken a day prior to arrival is still needed for entry and applies to all travellers aged five and over.
Fully vaccinated travellers are no longer required to take a Covid test to move domestically between Grand Cayman to the sister islands of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.
The Cayman government has also eased Covid protocols, announcing a new 500-person capacity for indoor events and 1,000 for outdoor gatherings.
