Richards confirmed to TTG on Wednesday (20 July) she was seeking new opportunities and would be available for work from 3 August onwards. She joined TSN in May as the group’s director of homeworking, tasked with overseeing the new venture’s "own book" business.
TSN was founded earlier this year by Lindsey and Garry Winterburn, with backing from chair Steve Endacott and managing director Ruth Endacott. Ex-Tui Group finance director Will Waggott and former MyTravel chief executive Richard Carrick came onboard as non-executive directors shortly after the venture got off the ground in February.
Its aim is to recruit a team of experience travel professionals to provide outsourced call centre support to businesses struggling to staff up following the Covid crisis, while also giving them the tools and resources to develop and nurture a client base of their own as homeworking agents.
Richards, who has three decades industry experience, spent 15 years with Global Travel Group – including more than 10 as commercial director – before joining Not Just Travel as chief of staff in April 2021.
TTG has approached the TSN team for comment.
