The events, named Come along to Classic, were designed to give agents a greater insight to how the firm operates and forge closer relationships between the brand and its trade partners and their mutual customers.
The day’s agenda included an opportunity to meet the Classic team, receive a briefing on the company’s product portfolio and hear about Classic’s plans for the future.
There were updates from Classic’s agency sales, customer care, product, and training and development teams. The business sessions were then followed by cocktails on the seafront, dinner and an overnight stay on the south coast.
Si Morris Green, director of agency sales and marketing, said: "Strong and trusted relationships with agents and homeworkers have always been the key part of Classic’s strategy, and this session was designed to give our partners an immersive look behind the scenes at our operation.
"It was also an opportunity for them to meet the team, take a deep dive into our portfolio and ask questions about our products and services."
