The operator said a new generation of younger, more affluent visitors were seeking clubbing breaks combining holistic and activity elements, and Michelin-star dining.
Ten of the 12 newly-introduced properties are five-star, with the full range spanning Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza. Classic is offering departures from 27 UK airports via a wide range of carriers.
Alex Gavalda, Classic director of internal sales, product and commercial, said the shift towards a more luxury-focused offering reflected the island’s ongoing "gentrification".
"Post-pandemic, the balance seems to have finally tipped with the introduction of brand new luxury product and a high level of investment in remodelling and refurbishing existing hotel stock," said Gavalda.
"Palma now has, arguably, the finest selection of luxury boutique hotels anywhere in Spain, and upscale luxury rural tourism in Majorca has really taken off.
"The countryside and quieter coastal areas have been transformed by luxury villa hotels and boutique properties featuring a focus on well-being and fine dining. Similarly, Menorca has quietly been upping its game.
"Young, affluent visitors to Ibiza are partial to clubbing in style, in addition to pursuing holistic and activity holidays while enjoying a burgeoning Michelin-starred dining scene."
New additions in Majorca include the Richard Branson-owned Son Bonyola Hotel and Villas, available from June, and the newly-built Kimpton Aysla Majorca in Santa Ponca.
Menorca sees the addition of Villa Le Blanc, Gran Melia, while both Hotel Port Mahon and Hotel Port Cuitadella are featured, reopening after extensive refurbishment.
Elsewhere, in Ibiza, the Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza reopens in June following refurbishment, while OKU Hotel Ibiza is a new, design-focused hotel with resident DJ and daily rooftop yoga, and lays claim to the largest pool on the island.
Gavalda added: "With affluent customers eager to indulge in the luxuries of which they have been deprived for the past couple of years, the introduction of new luxury product to our Balearic Islands brochure is very timely, and our agent partners can look forward to enjoying the rewards that these high value bookings bring."
