A period of national mourning is under way following the Queen’s death last week (8 September), which will run her funeral on Monday 19 September.
The association had been due to host the even over 16-25 September. However, it will now be held from Friday 23 September to Sunday 2 October.
The Cruise Week programme and content will remain the same, with the trade-focused event based around a theme of "Get Onboard".
Highlights will include trade-friendly cruise initiatives and updates, marketing and social media activity, exclusive deals and special Cruise Week webinars.
"In observance of the period of national mourning, we feel it is appropriate to postpone Cruise Week activity by one week," said Clia in a statement.
