The week-long series of training opportunities is designed to bring agents up to speed with selling Costa Rica and help them bolster their knowledge of the destination.
Daily webinars, newly created downloadable content and interactive learning experiences will all feature, with content spanning destination news such as accommodation updates, tips for selling touring holidays, and details of the nature and wildlife experiences that draw so many visitors to the country.
Sustainability and the country’s Pura Vida Pledge will feature heavily across the week, while essential information needed to sell Costa Rica will be available too.
Agents engaging with Pura Vida Week with Costa Rica will also have the opportunity to win prizes.
TTG’s special projects editor Madeleine Barber, who is curating Pura Vida Week with Costa Rica alongside various members of the tourist board, said the training opportunities were not to be missed.
