Crete has been rocked by another earthquake, three weeks after a tremor caused a fatality and injured several.
The latest quake caused only minor damage despite reaching magnitude 6.3, making it slightly more powerful than the earlier event.
Reuters said the epicentre was at sea, east of the village of Zakros in eastern Crete.
The earthquake was felt as far away as Cyprus. There are no reports of injuries, but early indications suggest some damage to buildings.
