The move comes after the service, which commenced on 1 April, saw an "upsurge" in passengers for the upcoming Jubilee weekend.
Seats have been added on services running between 3-6 June in both directions between Humberside and Cornwall airports. An additional day’s service has also been added on 2 June.
Eastern Airways general manager Roger Hage said: "Identifying opportunities to improve or expand our service to customers is at the forefront of what Eastern do.
"The extended bank holiday and additional celebrations that come with the Platinum Jubilee are an excuse for many members of the public to get away and enjoy time with family and friends."
