The low-cost carrier is also offering flights from Birmingham to the French city of Nantes, with its expanded schedule following new summer services to Faro, Malaga and Palma.
Around 100,000 seats have gone on sale, and package holidays are available through easyJet holidays.
EasyJet claimed its new Greek routes for summer 2022 meant it was set to carry more passengers from the UK to the Greek islands than any other airline.
The carrier has also boosted its capacity from Gatwick, Luton, Bristol, and Manchester to other Greek destinations including Santorini, Mykonos and Rhodes.
Flights to Kefalonia will run twice-weekly from Luton and Edinburgh on Thursdays and Sundays from 30 June, while Edinburgh’s Corfu service will also launch on 30 June and fly twice a week on the same days.
Manchester to Chania flights will operate twice-weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 28 June and flights from Glasgow will depart on Wednesdays and Sundays, commencing a day later.
EasyJet’s Liverpool to Kos flights will run weekly on Sundays from 3 July. Birmingham to Nantes flights are set to operate twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from 27 June.
