The return flights on a Monday depart Luxor at 10am, arriving back at Heathrow at 2.30pm. The five hour 20 minute flight then departs London at 5pm and lands at 11.20pm. Return prices will start at £380.
The 144-seater Boeing 737 will offer passengers 24 seats in business class and 120 in economy.
Rasha Azaizi, UK director of the Egyptian Tourism Authority said: “We are delighted that Egyptair will be resuming flights between London and Luxor.

“Visitors can combine their stay in Luxor with a luxury Nile cruise up to the hustle and bustle of Cairo, or spend time relaxing at the fantastic beach resorts at Hurghada and the world famous Red Sea Riviera.”
