Five flights a week will start on 1 August, increasing to daily from 1 September. The Essex airport will be served by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft fitted with a First Class cabin.
Emirates is resuming operations with an evening flight, with EK065 departing at 21:10 and arriving at Dubai at 07:10 the following day. Inbound, EK068 will leave Dubai at 08:50, arriving at Stansted at 13:30.
Steve Griffiths, Stansted’s managing director, said: "The route is of huge importance to London and the East of England, providing a vital link between the two destinations and beyond, thanks to the airline’s extensive onward network."
By October, Emirates will have 110 weekly UK flights, including six a day to Heathrow, double daily to Gatwick, three times daily to Manchester, double daily to Birmingham, five weekly to Newcastle and a daily Glasgow service.
In addition, Emirates will re-start its Dubai-Bali service from 1 May, with five flights a week, becoming daily on 1 July.
Mauritius services move from daily to nine weekly flights between 9 April and the end of June, and then go double daily.
Singapore flights increase from daily to double daily from 23 June.
