The luxury brand of the MSC Group will offer eight individual sailings as part of its debut Northern European collection, featuring destinations such as Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Leknes and Isafjordur.
In Norway, guests will have the chance to take part in a guided Nordic walking tour and in Molde, a Viking ship will bring customers to an 18th century fishing village.
Elsewhere, guests will embark on a kayak tour of Copenhagen in Denmark and visit a migrating dune in Grenen. In Iceland, a helicopter flight over volcanic craters or a swim in the blue lagoon will be on offer.
In Sweden, guests will be able to take part in a forest hike and meditation session in Goteborg followed by lunch in the woods. And in the Netherlands, guests can join a soul tram ride in Rotterdam pairing sightseeing with musical experiences.
In the UK, guests will be able to access to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and a private visit to a Scottish whisky distillery.
Explora Journeys Northern European Destination Experiences can now be booked as part of the Inaugural Journeys collection with departures starting from 17 July 2023.
Explora I will be named on 8 July 2023 in Civitavecchia before heading to Southampton to depart for its maiden journey on 17 July 2023.
The line has also partnered with experiential travel company Pelorus for destination experiences in Scotland and Iceland.
Explora Journeys will offer guests onboard Explora I the chance to experience land-based adventures pre- or post-cruise, commencing with two five-day itineraries in September 2023.

In the coming years, Pelorus and Explora Journeys will also offer experiences in Alaska, British Columbia, Costa Rica and Japan.
