Former Tui retail manager Sarah Guy to join Perfect Getaways as RSM
Harry KemblePerfect Getaways has hired former Tui senior retail manager Sarah Guy as its new regional sales manager as the northwest-based agency continues to expand.
Taking up her new role on 27 December, Guy will be responsible for sales performance across all seven Perfect Getaways shops. She left Tui – and travel – in September 2021 to join Holland & Barrett.
Guy is one of six new hires made by the agency in the past two months, joining assistant manager Nicola Stratulis, travel consultants Erin Harris, Jessica Cain and Laura Oswald, and marketing manager Ceri Bellis.
“I’ve always wanted to return to travel, but choosing the right company was so important for me,” she said. “This role is the ideal fit for me and my abilities.”
Perfect Getaways managing director Nicola Palmer said: “The company has progressed massively over the past 12 months – it has gone from £12 million holiday turnover in 2022 to more than £18 million this year.
“We now want to move that to £22 million from our current shops as well as continuing to grow and opening more shops in the northwest region – I have no doubt that Sarah will help us to achieve this.”
