G Touring has been recognised by Great Place to Work as one of the UK’s top medium-sized employers, and is the highest ranking travel business in its category.
Other travel businesses making the medium-sized workplaces top 100 include Alternative Airlines and SLC Rail. Larger brands honoured by the initiative included Hilton, Flight Centre Travel Group, Expedia Group and Farnborough airport.
"Everyone at G Touring is incredibly proud that we are officially recognised as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work," said G Touring managing director Adam Kemp.
Kemp continued: "We work hard to deliver the most amazing holidays for our customers, while staying true to our company values, which is evident in the positive culture that has been created at G Touring.
"This award demonstrates to us all that the hard work and commitment of the whole team at G Touring is worth it. I want to thank everyone at G Touring for creating a culture that they can all be very proud of."
Great Place to Work uses employee survey data along with culture audit submissions from the businesses themselves to create the list, benchmarking companies’ employee value proposition against the workplace culture employees actually experience.
