Travelsphere and Just You parent G Touring said its 2025 fam programme would be its largest-ever, and would "build on the success" of its 2024 effort, which saw it host 50 agents across five trips.

Next year, the group will host three distinct types of fam, each matched to agents’ escorted touring experience – Beginner trips for agents who have never sold an escorted tour; Intermediate trips for agents who have sold some escorted tours but want to grow this line of business; and dedicated trips for Top Sellers.

G Touring said the change reflected its commitment to making Travelsphere and Just You the "go-to" escorted touring brands for agents.

"Each fam trip will be thoughtfully designed to align with the agent’s experience level, providing targeted insights into identifying touring customers, effective marketing strategies, and ways to maximise earning potential," said the group.

Travelsphere and Just You’s UK trade sales director Tom Morgan, who hinted at the fam shake-up in interview with TTG earlier this year, said the new approach to fams was part of an "ongoing mission to empower" agents.

"By both tailoring trips to make them more relevant and increasing the level of training, we ensure every agent, regardless of their experience, can gain valuable insights that will help them succeed in selling escorted tours," Morgan added.

Further details of the 2025 fam programme will follow later this year.
