Tully, who supported nearly 100 Hays branches in the north, joins PTS’s administration and membership management team.
She said she looked forward to promoting PTS’s "forward-thinking culture". "The team are brilliant and the support they provide to their members is something I am so happy to be a part of," she said.
PTS said its ongoing "extensive" recruitment drive would ensure membership standards "are met and exceeded" and that members are "fully supported and in a positive to thrive".
Managing director Mark Sutton added: “Acia is a great addition to the PTS team. We are really looking forward to working together to support our members even further.”
