The 400-strong division will also benefit from enhanced commission for top earners and more business development support via an increased team of coaches.
The division has expanded following the appointment in October of Cherie Richards as homeworker recruitment and business development lead. Hays has since recruited an executive, Victoria Johnson, to further support growth.
Richards said: “We have made key strategic changes to our recruitment process to ensure everyone who contacts us gets the opportunity to speak directly to myself or Victoria.
“We set up video calls with each and every applicant which adds a personal touch to the process and is invaluable for people making a big career decision.”
Richards also launched a new Hays Travel Homeworking offering in December. “We have always offered our experienced travel professionals the opportunity to join our leads-supported model,” she said.
“With this model, the agent receives free holiday enquiries via phone or live chat and has a ready-made list of enquiries to work from the day they go live.
"In December 2022, we added the leads opportunity to our Academy: New to Travel offering, and this has been well received.”
