The agency’s 100 homeworkers and 45 head office staff could be jetting off to one of Beachcomber’s luxury resorts on the island on an all-inclusive, all-expenses-paid basis if they meet the target by April 2023.
The incentive initially ran in 2020 but was scuppered by the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Now the agency has returned to the financial position it was in pre-pandemic the challenge is back on.
Holidaysplease director Richard Dixon explained the incentive was the company’s way of thanking its staff for their work over the years, "especially during the pandemic".
"Everyone has played a vital role in both sales and our support departments," he said. "We also want to express our thanks to Beachcomber Tours for their assistance arranging the trip."
Holidaysplease is also recruiting for more homeworking agents, with those who join before the holiday eligible for a place on the trip.
