The specialist touring operator announced on Wednesday (28 June) that, as part of the partnership, agents will now be able to package Wendy Wu tours as Incredible Journeys products.
This will mean offering customers a much wider range of experiences with support from the Incredible Journeys team.
To help agents familiarise with the new products, the two companies have kick-started a comprehensive training plan with in-person and online sessions.
“Incredible Journeys can package beach extensions and city breaks with Wendy Wu Tours’ collection of iconic trips across many exciting regions,” said Simon Applebaum, managing director at parent company dnata Travel Group.
“Our Incredible Journeys sales team are looking forward to guiding agents and curating trips that are a great fit for their [Wendy Wu’s] customers.”
His words were echoed by Wendy Wu Tours head of trade sales Gary King, who said the partnership has come at a time “when travel retailing is evolving rapidly”.
The China specialist has in fact increased capacity for both 2024 and 2025 following its recent China focus week.
