Together, the expanded team have been visiting agents across the country to shift the focus onto the operator’s ski and Lapland Adventures product, and boost their confidence selling winter.
During these in-person visits, Inghams has been promoting its agent portal and other tools, delivering new sales guides and marketing collateral, and gathering feedback from agents on how to strengthen future collaborative efforts.
The team are reporting back to BDMs Sasha Darling (South/Midlands) and Charlie Cooper (Scotland/Midlands) to follow up on marketing and training requests, and other feedback.
"Trade represents 50% of Inghams’ business as a company, so our trade partners are really important to us," said Julie Franklin, head of agency sales.
"Liam, Ryan, Bill, Amy, Charlie, Leah and Ollie are experienced senior agents within the sales team, and it’s great to be able to get them in front of our frontline agents across the country.
"The team are great at engaging agents and sharing their knowledge and passion, helping to create awareness as well as overcoming any barriers to selling."
Franklin added: "We are looking to create more confidence among our partners when it comes to ski and demonstrate their town has a ski market that can be tapped into with the right assistance.
"We want agents to get excited about selling ski and see the opportunities that this niche market can bring. Giving them the tools to promote as well as sell is key to increasing sales on the high street."
