The increase comes following a 5% boost implemented last April, bringing the total uptick in staff pay to more than 12% in the last 12 months.
The company has also increased its level of annual leave and from April, all employees will have their entitlement increased to 25 days plus bank holidays.
Lisa Henning, Inspire Group’s managing director, said that in what is becoming an increasingly competitive market, staff remuneration and well-being is a "top priority" for the group.
"At Inspire we are working hard to create a working environment that is increasingly supportive of our colleagues as we fully recognise that their wellbeing is vital to our ongoing success," she added.
"As well as the pay rises, over the last 12 months we have put in place a detailed wellness programme and have announced even more employee benefits for 2023."
The recently announced additional benefits include enhanced sickness and family leave policies, an improved maternity, paternity and adoption leave policy, as well as two weeks full pay bereavement leave for those who suffer the loss of any immediate family members.
These new initiatives come on top of a company-wide wellness programme which was launched in September 2022, which includes a range of employee welfare initiatives, including a bespoke menopause programme.
