The new team, who share 180-plus years’ travel industry experience, will be assigned agent queries based on their destination expertise, with the team also featuring a cruise specialist.
All 10 will be working flexible hours to ensure help is available to the trade whenever agents need it through a dedicated trade support phone number, as well as a group email.
ITC is marking the team’s launch with a booking incentive that will run throughout August and September; for every new Inspiring Travel booking confirmed during this period, agents will be gifted a £75 Love2Shop voucher.
The incentive will run alongside ITC existing voucher reward scheme.
