The event will take place at West Hill Golf Club in Woking on Tuesday 31 May. Tickets cost £750 for a team of four with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the two charities.
The price includes a networking breakfast, golfing gifts on arrival, 18 holes of golf, on-course surprises and challenges, post-event drinks and a meal.
The day will run as a one tee start with the best two from four scores counting. Everyone will play off three-quarters of their full official handicap with a maximum handicap of 24.
