As part of the celebrations, the tourist board’s UK sales team announced the "60 for 60" incentive, which will reward 60 travel agents on the Jamaica Rewards programme with £60 for bookings made between now and 1 March.
In addition, agents can also qualify to be in with the chance of winning one of 60 places on fam trips taking place this year.
Torrance Lewis, the Jamaica Tourist Board’s UK district sales manager, said the incentive is a way of thanking agents "for their effort and commitment" in promoting Jamaica.
"I am extremely delighted that we are back hosting fam trips this year – and we are back bigger and better than ever," Lewis added.
"Every agent is a valued member of the Jamaica sales team, whether you have just joined or have worked with us for many years."
