Jet2.com has given its staff four extra days off in 2022 in a bid to improve their mental wellbeing.
The extra days off have been added to workers’ allowances for the remainder of 2022. A spokesperson for the airline said the move is a show of the company’s appreciation to its staff.
"We are pleased to supplement all colleagues’ annual leave entitlement with a further four days leave during the 2022 calendar year," they added.
"This will allow them further time to focus on their wellbeing and is a show of our appreciation for their dedication and loyalty throughout such a challenging period."
