The operator and airline announced on Wednesday (13 December) it was adding capacity to Sardinia, Sicily and Verona for the next two summers from eight UK airports – including Manchester, Birmingham and Stansted.
Commenting on the announcement, chief executive Steve Heapy said: “Sicily, Sardinia and Verona are a trio of Italian delights, and today’s announcement represents a significant expansion of all three destinations.
“Based on the demand we are seeing, we expect these flights and holidays to sell very quickly, as customers look to escape to these magical destinations.”
It comes as in mid-November, the company expanded its summer 2024 programme to 24 destinations such as Greece, Croatia and Turkey due to booming demand.
