Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have added thousands of extra seats and packages to Italy following a surge in demand for summer holidays.
Jet2 is adding thousands of extra seats to Sicily, Sardinia and Verona
The operator and airline announced on Wednesday (13 December) it was adding capacity to Sardinia, Sicily and Verona for the next two summers from eight UK airports – including Manchester, Birmingham and Stansted.
Commenting on the announcement, chief executive Steve Heapy said: “Sicily, Sardinia and Verona are a trio of Italian delights, and today’s announcement represents a significant expansion of all three destinations.
