The airline and operator will begin flying to Dalaman from 17 March and Izmir from 15 April – the earliest it has offered either destination.
It comes after Jet2 last month confirmed it was bringing forward its summer 2023 flights to Bodrum to the start of April.
Jet2 said the latest extensions would allow it to place "thousands" more seats on sale to Dalaman and Izmir.
Earlier-than-scheduled Dalaman flights will be available from six of Jet2’s 10 UK bases.
Multiple weekly flights to Dalaman will be available from Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester and Stansted from 17 March, Leeds Bradford from 20 March and Glasgow from 2 April.
Resorts include Oludeniz, Marmaris, Iclemer and Dalyan.
Early Izmir flights, meanwhile, will be available from Manchester from 15 April, Stansted from 17 April and Birmingham from 18 April, offering opportunities to explore Turkey’s Turquoise coast and resorts such as Kusadesi and Ozdere.
Steve Heapy, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays chief executive, said: “Dalaman and Izmir are both enormously popular with customers and independent travel agents, and there is huge demand for both destinations and not just during the peak summer season.
"We have experienced a remarkable period of growth in Turkey on the back of this sustained demand, and we have continued to demonstrate our commitment to Turkey by working alongside the Turkish government, hoteliers and our partners to bring more UK holidaymakers to this wonderful country."
Arzu Kahraman Yilmaz, counsellor of The Turkish Culture and Information Office, added: “With both Dalaman and Izmir witnessing a surge in travellers for both short and long breaks throughout the year, the extended routes from the regional airports in the UK to these iconic hotspots will make travel to Turkey ever more easy.”
