Jet2holidays is suspending its summer 2021 holiday programmes to Zadar in Croatia and Tivat in Montenegro because of the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.
In a note to agents, the tour operator said that bookings to Zadar would be automatically cancelled with a full refund being issued, excluding any previous administration or cancellation fees.
“If your customer still would like to visit Zadar, we have holidays available with flights to Split airport,” added Jet2holidays.
Customers with summer 2021 bookings to Tivat will be automatically transferred to Dubrovnik flights.
“A cancellation invoice will be sent for the original booking and a new confirmation will then be sent for the transferred holiday with the new flight details and booking reference number,” explained the operator.
