Jet2holidays is set to launch a new online agent training portal as part of plans to further strengthen its relationship with its trade partners.
The new hub, which is set to launch on 1 April, will offer a range of virtual sessions, product updates, marketing tips, information on the brand’s trade-dedicated website and a weekly "spotlight" of hotel suppliers.
Recently promoted general manager trade sales Lloyd Cross and north-east sales executive Jade Evers announced the initiative during the 2022 Hays Travel Independence Group Conference at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife on Saturday (26 March).

Recently promoted general manager trade sales Lloyd Cross and north-east sales executive Jade Evers announced the initiative during the 2022 Hays Travel Independence Group Conference at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife on Saturday (26 March).
It comes in addition to Jet2holidays’ Virtual Knowledge sessions, where agents can learn about the brand’s latest initiatives, news, destinations and take part in prize competitions every Thursday at 9.30am.
"We all know training is really important to keep us refreshed, confident and focused," Evers told delegates.
"[Jet2holidays Learn] will be available for you to access via the trade website and will be a dedicated learning page where you can watch back all of the virtual knowledge sessions, learn about our product, marketing, and the trade website, and find our weekly spotlight for our hotel suppliers – another great training opportunity."
