The Stay & Cruise brochure will be available through Kuoni’s retail network and partner stores.
Roxanne Howard, Kuoni UK’s senior product executive for cruise, said: “Creating our first brochure signals a real step change in terms of how cruise fits into our overall collection.
“Our cruise business has continued to grow every year since we launched the Stay & Cruise collection three years ago.
“We are becoming more well-known as a cruise retailer and it’s integrated within all our marketing activity, from our January television advertising campaign through to consumer emails.”
An online video has also been produced. Kuoni first launched Stay & Cruise with just eight lines, but it has now grown to include 21, with Pandaw being the most recent addition. There will be five cruise types featured in the brochure, including luxury, ultra-luxury, discovery, river cruising and family.
Howard said that all of Kuoni’s Stay & Cruise enquiries are now for next year and beyond, and that Burma, Alaska and Japan were proving particularly popular, with the Mediterranean continuing to grow.
“Cruise is well ahead year-on-year and we have seen significant growth compared to other sectors, but that’s mainly as it’s one of our newer collections compared to escorted touring for example, which is much more established,” said Howard.
