Explore Worldwide’s Carmel Hendry has been appointed vice-chair of the Latin American Travel Association (Lata).
Hendry replaces Martin Johnson who was elected chair of the organisation at the Lata Expo last month.
Voted for by the Lata committee, Danny Callaghan, chief executive of Lata, said: "The Lata committee’s decision to appoint Carmel as vice chair, off the back of Martin Johnson taking the chair, is great.
