The adults-only hotel, which is the brand’s smallest to date, is designed to blend with local architecture and is located close to island capital Mykonos Town. Each room in the property is unique, crafted from natural organic materials with clean lines and a neutral earthy palette.
Greek celebrity chef Adreas Ntougias heads up the culinary team at the new hotel where guests can expect a classic Greek with a contemporary twist.
Communal areas around the hotel include a swimming pool, wooden pergolas and dining spaces designed for traditional Greek get-togethers. In-house mixologists run the bar from morning until late at night, while a private wine cellar offers guests their pick of top tipples from around the world.
Owned and operated by Chinese travel giant, Fosun, the brand was originally conceived by Thomas Cook before the company went into administration in 2019. Fosun also owns online-only travel agent Thomas Cook.
Other Casa Cook properties include Casa Cook Rhodes, El Gouna and North Coast Egypt, with a new hotel also opening in Samos this May 2022.
