Cheap Cost Holidays, Atol 10947, ceased trading on Tuesday (26 October).
The firm’s website, cheapcostholidays.co.uk, was down on Wednesday.
Cheap Cost was based in Wembley and traded under a variety of brands, including Cheap Cost Business Class, Cheap Cost Flights, Cheap Cost Holidays, Cheap Cost Hotels, Cheap Cost Travel, Cheap Traveler, Holiday Formula, Dial 4 Holidays, Refresh Holidays, Top City Breaks and Holiday Shoppy.
It was licensed to carry 2,650 Atol-protected passengers in the 12 months to the end of September 2022.
According to Companies House, the business was incorporated in August 2015 and had just one director, Humzah Shaikh.
The CAA said it was collating information from the company and would provide an update "as soon as possible".
It is also advising clients to wait for a claim form rather than use one produced for another failure.
