Clayton-Turner has been appointed head of marketing and will oversee Stuba’s global marketing functions as part of a wider expansion of the brand’s global marketing team.
She will take up the role on a four-day-a-week basis after 13 years consultancy work with Stuba. She is also a previous chair of the Association of Women Travel Executives.
Carina Hyatt, meanwhile, has been appointed digital marketing executive to strengthen Stuba’s online presence with trade partners and via social media. Hyatt rejoins the travel industry having previously worked for Co-operative Travel.
Clayton-Turner said: “I’ve loved working with Stuba. Having initially joined getabed, I’ve been involved with the company for a long time and following the rebrand to Stuba, it has been a delight to see how the company is going from strength to strength.
"Now it’s time to boost the team and having Carina with her experience on board will enable us to take the brand and our marketing strategy to the next level."
Stuba chief commercial officer Matt Stuart added: “Sarah has spearheaded all our campaigns for a number of years, and we could not have asked for a higher quality output on every level.
"We are really looking forward to the newly expanded team driving our ambitious marketing strategies, and supporting our trade partners, in line with our overall plans."
