Matt Price joins the group as TPE for the south, bringing 25 years’ travel industry experience to the role.
He will work across ITC’s Inspiring Travel, Spectate, Rainbow Tours and Regent brands, and alongside fellow TPE Vicky McGlynn, who joined the team in March from a sales role with Inspiring Travel to look after agents in the Midlands and the north.
It follows a restructure earlier this year when saw Gary Bates promoted to a newly-created national trade partnership manager role.
Bates and ITC shared news of Price’s appointment on Monday evening (24 July) in posts on Facebook and LinkedIn.
"I’m really excited to be joining the team at ITC," said Price. "I’ve worked in the travel industry for 25 years now across a wide range of sectors, predominantly in retail, but also in the tour operating sector.
"I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled extensively over the years, to most corners of the globe. I’ve built relationships with many agents in the south west and can’t wait to grow these, and to meet new agents across the south of the UK."
Bates added: "We’re excited to share the news that we have a new member of our trade team here at ITC. Welcome, Matt Price, who is joining us as our second trade partnership executive, alongside Vicky McGlynn."
