Dolphin Dynamics’ new platform captures details of bookings made by agents via Jet2’s trade website such as flights, transfers and hotel information, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

The tool, Dolphin says, will also minimise the risk of manual entry errors and is able to "re-capture" bookings that have been cancelled or modified.

Agencies – including Millington Travel, Baldwins Travel and Dawson & Sanderson – participated in testing the development and feeding back to Dolphin.
