Newmarket’s America’s Golden West & Las Vegas tour has been adapted to include more time travelling along Route 66, a visit to Yosemite National Park and an overnight stop in Palm Springs, with prices for the 14-day trip leading in from £2,550pp and departures from March to November 2024.

The operator’s Hollywood, Vegas and the Grand Canyon itinerary has been expanded to feature San Diego, Scottsdale and Sedona, while an optional Jeep safari in Arizona, along roads built by Wild West pioneers, has also been added. The 11-day tour starts from £1,701pp with April to November 2024 departures.

Meanwhile, Newmarket’s Niagara Falls to the Rockies tour has been extended by a day for extra sightseeing in Jasper National Park, and an overnight stop in Ottawa has also been included, with the 15-day itinerary leading in from £2,835pp and departures from April to October 2024.

Richard Harrington, Newmarket’s long-haul destination manager, said the revamped itineraries were based on customer feedback in a bid to make the trips “even more appealing”.

“Early signs are that the US is going to be very popular in 2023 and 2024, and Canada especially has got off to a strong start in the peaks. We look forward to helping agents make the most of these fantastic tours."
