Holder worked for Hurtigruten for almost three years and prior to joining the Norwegian cruise operator spent seven years with The Travel Network Group.
Her role with Not Just Travel will focus on expanding relationships with the trade, helping to increase sales through the homeworking specialist’s key partners as well as developing its marketing and training.
Co-founder Steve Witt said the company was “focused on bringing only the very best” new team members into its business, describing Holder as “a great addition”.
“Her wealth of experience is a huge asset to both the corporate team and our ever-growing team of homeworkers. Natalie’s expertise in the travel and cruise market is impressive. She can take her knowledge of growing this prestigious brand to assist across our wide variety of trade partners.
Witt said Holder would “become a big influencer within our industry” as Not Just Travel enters its “next phase of growth”.
“Since we introduced our Key Trade Partner programme last year, we’ve seen a big increase in sales with those partners. The scheme allows us closer working relationships with the trade. As a result of the time, we and our partners have invested, and because of the focus and commitment shown by our travel consultants, both Not Just Travel and our trade partners are seeing significant returns,” he added.
Holder added: “I am incredibly excited to join such a forward-thinking entrepreneurial business with a fantastic team and hundreds of franchisees. I am really looking forward to working closely with trade partners on developing their success.”
